No. H. 13011/17/10-JERC : In exercise of the powers conferred under section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with the JERC M&M (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2010 and its First Amendment Regulations, 2014 and in public interest, the Commission has determined the generic levellised generation tariffs for various renewable energy technologies for FY 2014-15. A copy of this generic Tariff Order is available in the office of the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Manipur & Mizoram, TBL Bhawan, E-18, Peter Street, Khatla, Aizawl; the Engineer-in-Chief, Power & Electricity Department, Mizoram, Aizawl; the Managing Director, Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) and the Managing Director, Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL), Keisampat, Imphal, Manipur to be seen by any interested person during office hours on any working day. The same can also be downloaded from www.jerc.mizoram.gov.in.

 

Notice is hereby given to stakeholders inviting comments/suggestions on this determination of generic levellised generation tariff for various renewable energy technologies which may be sent to reach the undersigned latest by 18th December, 2014. The Commission shall consider the comments/suggestions before making final decision.
