No. H. 13011/25/10-JERC : In exercise of the powers conferred under section 181 read with section 61 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and in larger public interest, the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Manipur and Mizoram has prepared the draft JERC for M&M (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2014. A copy of the draft Regulations is available in the offices of the JERC (M&M) at TBL Bhawan, 2^nd to 5^th Floor, E-18, Peter Street, Khatla, Aizawl, the Engineer-in-Chief, Power & Electricity Department, Government of Mizoram, Aizawl and the Chief Engineer (Power), Electricity Department, Government of Manipur, Imphal respectively. The same can be seen by any interested person during office hours on any working day. The draft Regulations is also available at the Commission’s website: www.jerc.mizoram.gov.in.

Any person may submit Objections/Suggestions, if any, in writing to the Secretary/Assistant Secretary of the Joint Commission latest by 28^th February, 2014. The Objections/Suggestions shall be taken into consideration on 4^th March, 2014.
