No.H.13011/17/10-JERC: In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 50 read with Clause (x) of Sub-section (2) of Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and in public interest, the Commission has made draft notification on Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Manipur and Mizoram (Electricity Supply Code) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2015 to amend the JERC for Manipur and Mizoram (Electricity Supply Code) Regulations, 2013. A copy of the draft notification is available in the office of the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Manipur & Mizoram, TBL Bhawan, E-18, Peter Street, Khatla, Aizawl; The Engineer-in-Chief, Power & Electricity Department, Mizoram, Aizawl and The Managing Director, Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited, Keisampat, Imphal, Manipur to be seen by any interested person during office hours on any working day. The draft notification can also be downloaded from www.jerc.mizoram.gov.in.

Notice is hereby given under sub-section (3) of Section 178 of the Act read with the Electricity (Procedure for Previous Publication) Rules, 2005, inviting comments/suggestions/objections on the draft notification which may be sent to reach the undersigned latest by 28^th May, 2015 for consideration while finalizing this draft notification.
