In the matter of
The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Manipur and Mizoram (Electricity Supply Code) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2016.
The Commission had earlier published draft notification of the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Manipur and Mizoram (Electricity Supply Code) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2016 inviting comments / suggestions / objections from the stakeholders through public notice dated 5th January, 2016.
No response to the public notice was received within the stipulated time fixed for submission of comments/suggestions/objections, which was 5th February, 2016.
After careful consideration, it is hereby directed that the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for Manipur and Mizoram (Electricity Supply Code) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2016 as per the notification placed below be sent for publication in the Official Gazettes of Manipur and Mizoram.
The above direction is given on this 9th day of February, 2016.
